The Trial Coach email
Before Kira had a Sales team, getting interested users on the platform was a non-existent process. Once I and the Sales team started, we partnered to create the “Trial Coach.” When a teacher signs up, they have a 30-day trial to test out the platform, guided by a Trial Coach (a member of the Sales team).
Upon sign-up, I created a personalized email that explains the process, and pushes new teachers on the platform into a demo call with the Sales team. That call allows the Sales team to learn more about the teacher’s intent, and identify opportunities.
This process is new, but we’ve already seen that get this email and take the demo call convert at a much higher rate than those who don’t.
